This distance-selling contract is made between Aphrodite's Voyage (Tuana Deniz Bozan)  and you (the customer). By placing an order through the website aphroditesvoyage.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. To cancel an order, simply contact through this website providing your e-mail address.

6.2 Issue Reporting Timeframes

Any issues with orders, including damage or defective products, must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.

6.3 Damaged/Defective Product Policy

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, Aphrodite's Voyage offers a free change or refund in case of contact within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch using Sumbit Issue form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

6.4 Non-Defective Return/Exchange Policy:

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color or simply changed your mind.

6.5 Refund Timeframe

Refunds for damaged or defective products will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

6.6. Unsuccessful Delivery

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either reordering the product with an extra charge or a partial refund.
